The bylaws stipulate a maximum of twelve elected directors, in addition to an ex officio position held by the Head of School. The Board of Directors plays a vital role in guiding the strategic vision and ensuring the sound governance of the Lyc\u00e9e. As the school\u2019s governing body, it provides oversight, accountability, and long-term direction in alignment with the institution\u2019s mission, vision and data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nazimah and her family have been members of the Lyc\u00e9e community since 2015. Nazimah currently has two children attending the Lyc\u00e9e (&#8217;28 and &#8217;33), and has been volunteering with the board since 2020. She currently\u00a0serves as Board Chair and was previously Chair, Governance Committee and Secretary. Professionally, Nazimah is a management consultant specializing in strategy and organizational effectiveness, working with clients to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, enterprise risk frameworks and change readiness. Nazimah holds an MBA from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Engineering from McMaster University. Charlotte has three daughters attending the Lyc\u00e9e. Charlotte manages the Low Carbon transition at ConocoPhillips Canada. She has a Master of Engineering from l\u2019\u00c9cole des Mines (Albi, France) and is a Professional Engineer registered with APEGA. She has been working in Calgary for major Oil and Gas Companies for the past 20 years, with specific expertise in the planning, development, and execution of capital projects while focusing on effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and partnership approvals.<br \/>\nCharlotte is a member of the Executive committee, of the facilities Committee and one of the Board member representatives at the School Council. Her daughter is currently attending the Lyc\u00e9e. Dawn is working as Senior Project Manager for Athabasca University. She is a digital transformation senior project manager. She is PMP and Black Belt Six Sigma certified Senior IT Project Manager with over 15 years experience in education and health projects. She has led and managed on and offshore teams and planned and managed multi-million-dollar projects in complex stakeholder environments. In addition, she has participated in several not-for-profit boards. His strengths include deal negotiations, financial and valuation analysis and due diligence, helping corporations, private equity investors and entrepreneurs complete complex transactions that create value for shareholders. Amun is also active as a speaker and thought leader on mergers and acquisitions and market trends.
